Staff members have quotas that we all have to meet to keep our positions. We enjoy doing what we do but we don't always have time every single day of the week. Using myself as an example I work long days and there are plenty of days where I don't have time to open up the laptop and browse Sythe. That said though the staff work very diligently to ensure the work is done and the administration keep their eye on the team to ensure everything is completed.

Here's some stats just to clear things up a little. In the last two weeks:

• 1227 Spam Reports
• 211 Scam Reports (not including ban evaders)
• 83 disputes (not pardons)
• 236 bans
• 181 infractions

Take that and split it between the staff members, every two weeks it adds up very quickly but the team does a great job handling it despite their busy schedules!
