If you're making 100 Zeal/day then it'll take a little over two weeks. I'd be willing to do it, but.. I haven't even gotten that much Zeal on my account.

I can't give you any estimated time because zeals don't have a fixed rate per hour anymore, no matter what setup you do, even if you do clanchat that account WILL be banned with 24/7 soul wars. I'm able to safely get 50+ zeal in a night, without the use of clanchat.
Hopefully within a month.
I have no need to scam, or take cash from the account as i'm trying to establish a good reputation with sythe.org, and keep my buisness clean. I don't know how to xfer either and can easily just bot at druids for cash

You'll need to bot for 17.5 days doing 24/7. So the chances of a perm ban are high.
Legit person can do 50 zeal/day (playing 12 hours). That will take 35 days. Chances of bans are zero, but price will be high.
