I'm looking for the account to be level 3 with no combat stats raised.

The levels of the non combat stats are unimportant to me, but i'd prefer that they also be relatively low.

I can pay in pretty much any way you would like, and am more than willing to go first to trusted users.

In runescape 1 aka runescape classic, level 10 required only 1000xp when runescape got updated to runescape 2 you were required to have 1154xp to get to level 10 so everyone with 1k hp xp went to level 9 hp.

So only really old skillers have level 9hp and are discontinued.

It's all about having a very rare account, There are only a couple of these (maybe like a couple hundred, definetly not as many active) left.

As perry said, its entirely asthetic. Serves no in-game purpose. Personally i just wish to use it to start a skiller. still looking!

i got just that, super clean, nothing ever touched.... still has tut outfit!!!, never had pass changed, 9hp, total xp: 1000, never members, no blackmarks, no loudstones activated, 0 quest points, sits in lumby front castle, never visited a different city on the map, same display+login
this is a super mint clean 9hp rare.

There is a diffrence between a ordinary 9hp account and a clean account like triple is selling,

there are only like 10 or maybe a little more clean 9hp accounts.
