Banned for scamming.

[Shastasales]

I was planning on quitting runescape and ended up scamming about 6m 07. I realize what I had done to rifted was wrong... and I did in fact refund him a few weeks later. I was wondering how I go-about being unbanned given the circumstances or if it's even possible.
