Thank you for cleaning the posts up, but you forgot the important part. I'm not sure how you expect users to take your judgement seriously when you decide to cover things up rather than enforce clearly written rules, essentially giving people like Folt immunity to the rules. I understand you're great buddies, but being buddy buddy is not a valid reason to allow a user on a last chance pardon to break rules left and right.

On a somewhat unrelated note, the fact that two moderators openly admitted to me they were afraid to get involved with the situation in that original thread gives myself and other users a good idea how things are run around here. The blatant favoritism embarrasses your co-leaders, how does it not bother you in the slightest bit, Dave?

 

I'm not entirely sure what you're whining about.

Two cases -

1. Folt snipes a name, he pays all the users who were affected back. He is allowed to remain on the site with a TWC.

2. Taylor snipes a name, refuses to pay users back and boasts on his site saying he's not going to be paying the user back. Taylor will remain banned till he takes care of the situation.

My "co-leaders" agreed with this verdict. Putting someone else down and trying to make them look bad won't make you look good, just a heads up.
