Straight off the Official Sythe.org Rules -

If your Sythe account (or any other account like Powerbot, Runescape etc) is hacked, and the hacker scams with that account, your Sythe account will be banned. You must reimburse all scammed members before the staff will consider unbanning you.

If your Skype (MSN, AIM etc) account is hacked, you will only be responsible if a private message was sent from your Sythe account to confirm this method of communication.

Never states before each trade. As far as I am concerned leanbean901 confirmed the communication account. So I am moving to have leanbean901 BANNED.

Sorry zuzel but i'm reopening this report as there is an open discussion regarding the case. I appreciate your opinion in handling this however I would like other members of upper staff to have a final verdict on the situation.

That's not what the rules state. If he did change his skype ID for trading he should indicate so on his profile. Regardless, it doesn't matter what I did and did not consider. From what is written in the rules he is responsible. That is that.

And if you look at your conversation it is obvious lean doesnt talk like that. 99% of hackers cant mimic the person on skype that they hacked

Try to call GreenDot and tell them about that moneypaks were redeemed without your knowledge. Busta got chargedback for few grand by that, I hope that you got receipts for these moneypaks, anyways it's worth a try

It's not hard to change up lingo to fake a hack. Also they both use the same terminology for affirmation and both said "done" after redeeming each code. There isn't much different in the way they speak.

I do have receipts that what the img links are with each code. I already reported that the moneypaks were stolen. I'd like to know exactly what Busta did when he got the chargeback because A. The operators barely speak english and B. They weren't willing to cooperate at all because of the 3rd party rule pasted throughout their site.

Whether or not I received a PM for the specific trade is completely irrelevant to what the rules state.

What kind of punishment is going to be given to Leanbean901 for being part of the problem.
As it was said countless of times, him not being able to recover his own skype is a huge problem. If he wasn't able to lock it, the hacker would still attempt to go on a scamming spree causing damage to other people unaware of the pm rule.

So, what punishment is Leanbean901 going to face? Or are you guys gonna let him off SCOTCH FREE?
