So i've heard that u can buy runefest ticket+ 2 nights at a 5 star hotel, for 90 bonds, is that true?

if its true, why does jagex do that? they basically pay the hotel for the players for free or wtf

i guess bonds are like 7m ea thats 630m for the runefest = 250$+.
