Ive been patient

Ive been patient and this guy never did the service he promised.

It was a dice : Free animated signature vs use my signature for a month.

and he agreed to this as shown here :

We did the dice and I won. Now, He didnt even put the signature I pmed him on the 9th and he isnt active at all. Logged in once or twice after the dice (that ive seen) and last logged in the 15th.. so obviously he saw my PM. I know he isnt a bad guy but he agreed... I am now seeing that he does not want to cooperate so if he can pay me 3M beside doing that, would be ok with me. If you ask around, I was dicing my signatures for 3M 07 OR a month of using my signature of choice (I even got posts in donor lounge saying that and people who paid 3M 07). So I offer an equivalent amount in 07. If he does not agree to pay, I request a ban for him until he pays. I won and he scammed in a way the equivalent of 3M 07 for a service he had to do.

* I dont really want him to do the service anymore as I will take no benefit from this when I see his activity and the way he act to his loss (with the dice)

 

I'll pm him, he ignores I will just ban him
