It's about time that we get this ball rolling. You've mentioned a lot unnecessary points here which I will address considering that you'd taken the time to bring them up anyways. Lets begin.

Why is this being brought up now and not when it was discussed with you?

When this happened last month, I had ALOT on my plate. I've been working 50-60 hours a week overnight, a family tragedy occurred, and all of my accounts were hacked into. I had planned to address this issue here on the forums as soon as I could, I just had other things that were dealt with first in priority sequence. I want to prove to you that I'm not making this claim up by showing you this:

Obviously after you reported me for committing the exact same offense that you're guilty of, I felt the urgency to post the report that was already ready to submit about you anyways.

If you wanted to contest me selling it, the time to do so was when I had it, when I was selling it, when the MM confronted you, etc...

Who are you to tell me when the time to contest is? Since the day I found out you owned this name I've had utmost interest into getting to the bottom of it. Unfortunately other situations come into interference and delayed my process.

If you truly believed you had a right to it, the time to report it was then, so it could be settled, and not 1+ months later

About 3 weeks later, not 1+ months.

I'd also like you to explain how you came to own "Go" (it was yours, correct?), as that's an interesting one as well.

The History of "Go"

Mid 2011- Originally owned and created by my good friend Joseph
2012- Owned and treasured by joseph
Jan 2013 - The account was gifted to me from Joseph, along with another group of accounts. We were good friends and he didnt play anymore. He asked for portions of the profit. The accounts were sold on Playerauctions with warranties that were renewable for 1 year+.
March 2013 - Sold to my good loyal customer Matt
April 2013 - Attempted transfer by myself and Matt. (Failed)
April 2013 - Name was reversed back onto the original account (for reasons unknown - probably due to macro detection in the account that owned it at the time).
May 2013-May2014 - ACCOUNT LOCKED
May 2014 - Joseph unlocked the account for Matt and I.
May 2014 - Name changed to be xferred again
June 2014 - Name sniped and acquired by Taylor--
And here we are now.

I still stand by my story which is that somewhere during the transfer process, you made a mistake.

You may be right. Obviously the transfer was failed. But does my "mistake" grant you the right to sell the stolen goods?

If I made a mistake, I wouldn't like to admit it

CLEARLY...

I've returned names (including two characters) that realistically, I had no obligation to, because I believed something might have happened on my end to disrupt a trade. I don't believe this was a mistake.

The proof is shown and the theft of this display name ruined my trade with Matt. How is this any different than other situations?

I don't believe this was a mistake.

Don't believe what was a mistake? Didn't you just accuse me of making a mistake?

I used the term "divine intervention" because I'm a realist, and realistically, the chance of the program taking your name was and still is so incredibly slim that I wrote it off as negligible.

Regardless of what you think the odds are, it stole my display name - and there is proof of that.

The process of programatically registering an account alone takes longer than it takes for you to set a name

I experienced this first hand and your program was able to instantly steal my display name even during a game update. There was no more than a 1-2 second time frame for it to be available.

That means that somewhere in the 1-2 seconds you claim it took you to change the name

That's one thing that you're correct about.

In addition to the above, Carl is unknown to you; not to the rest of sythe.org.

I asked you what his Sythe account was, you explained that he didn't have one. I had every right to believe he was anonymous.

If you wanted to speak with him, you could have asked?

There was no reason to, the stolen goods were already in your possession.

While it does seem to be a common pastime around here, I will not admit to sniping this name

This isn't the accusation here. The problem is that you KNEW that this display name was stolen, and you still continued to sell it after knowing that it was stolen from me.

This non-issue has been brought up solely because I exposed your wrongdoings.

False, I was coincidentally going to report this right around the time that you filed a report against me. This isn't important information anyways.

TLDR; The goods you sold to Bert were stolen, you knew they were stolen, and you still sold them for 750M eoc gp. This is against the rules and for some reason you cannot own up to your actions. When the situation about "Clay", "Amp", and "Gong" was brought to light I did everything in my power to refund the victims as quickly as possible because of the accidental ruining of their trades.

Taylor-- has also reported this post.

Reason:
I hinted at, but was intentionally vague regarding the previous ownership in my response on the 14th simply because I did not have any proof. I've administrated IRC networks for some time and knew for a fact I knew of the original "Go" and that it had been stolen, but I'd look silly making these claims without proof. Thankfully (miraculously), someone has come out of the woodwork and exposed your ownership story as false. I'll see about getting more information from them, at which time I can look into getting the story from logs. Make no mistake, I'd like to be on good terms with the rightful owner as soon as possible.

In any case, if it wasn't already obvious, I'd like to make it perfectly clear that I will not be making any form of payment to you, at any time, with regards to "Go", no matter the outcome. To do so would be charity, something I'm not fond of when I'm being forced to do something I know is wrong. Any claim you have to this display name is invalid.
