Hey everyone, Just here I read this thread today and found actual proof of folt reporting my names. I didn't have proof 3 months ago but now this is proof "Folt" shouldn't of ever been allowed back onto sythe.

I find this funny how Aaron clearly has been trying to make Jagex to try and release my names and many others around here on the market exceeding the evidence you that "RSPS 4 SALE" and he's still not banned on this market he shouldn't of been on thin ice considering he once was perm banned. And how "Alex12345" has told me many stories of how Aaron used this method to get some of the best names available stealing names from innocent people from markets like sythe and even once before Alex telling me stories of how his own names were targeted by Aaron ("Eminem" being one of them) his so called "friend", but yet backs him up. After he sent this email to Jagex I soon found out this method was correct this being the second time Aaron targeting me and this list shows the ones that were released in his email to jagex, and out of those name Aaron sniped all of them into his own possession and sold them off.

Many of the names on this list he sent to Jagex including (Druid, So, Altar, Strong, Third, HC, Dice, Peach) Were not mine and just him targeting others also. Maliman being my muck around account that I had that I never sold and wasn't a part of my market . This whole process that Aaron uses, isn't a first time Aaron has been involved in names for many years scamming many people, myself hearing stories of 4 different people telling me things. Such as the name "Reef" which I sold to a Sythe user and was later released by Jagex and Aaron contacted the same user I sold it to and resold it to him at half price and made me look like the bad guy (Causing him to make a scam report against me). Many of these names that he has reported on this list he has had possession of within the last 4 months because after he reported them he then sniped all of them that were released with 1-5 minutes of being released then sniped them and I'm sure many around the market will know that has been selling my names. And my the other email you can see names such as "New" being targeted which was also a name that was on sythe market.

Please tell me why this guy is tell here, this guy has had too many chances and too many incidents go unsaid due to people not understanding his methods and turning Jagex into the monster while using multiple aliases to hide behind to hide his scams. Just in this report there's proof of him scamming two people, sniping reef and reselling to the same user, lying and deceitful behaviour if this isn't the last nail for "Folt" and proving that he is no good then I don't know what is.

With all due respect, Just. I have already received punishment in the form of a TWC for what you've outlined here.

When I was hacked these emails were exposed on the report which you presented in your post. There is no denying what has happened, it's in the past and I have no intention to do it ever again, and haven't done it since then (That's why there weren't any RECENT emails exposed, because they didn't exist.)

Alex and I had brushed shoulders quite a bit. Strong feelings were expressed about one and other but accusations were only mild assumptions, he would admit to that; but there's no reason to pull him this anyways. Him and I are on good terms now, and we don't see any point in pushing or shoving around anymore - I enjoy chatting with him casually now, he's a friend of mine and we share common interests.

Eminem was a name that belonged to ME. I sold it to Alex for a fair amount of money (although it was alot) and I honestly tried my ass of with transferring it onto his main. The name has carried a long history of RWT and it was a struggle for us to move it properly because of that, the original owner was determined to never give it up, and he's doing a great job with that to this day. Anything that happened with Eminem happened before any dirt was thrown. I'm not sure what Alex thinks about Eminem because its been over a year since we even spoke about it, but i put by honest hard efforts into delivering that for him in the safest manor possible.

Where's your proof? This is 100% NOT TRUE.

6B was originally owned by me, and was stolen from me when my names were reported and released in June 2013. Alex picked it up when my list was wiped.

Again, Alex could only assume. Obviously the proof is in the pudding, but this is why I have a TWC now.

Not true, Proofs?

I could tell stories about George Washington until the cows come home. Who's to say that the stories are real? There are a large amount of users that are jealous about the names that i possess and the money that I make. You're one of them, and so are the people that rumor stories about me being a scammer. They aren't true and are fueled by jealousy which in turn inspires other users to break me down in an effort to get me banned.

I've owned up and taken responsibility for all of my actions. I didn't' lie to anyone, even the person who bought Reef from me knew exactly how it was obtained.

1. I care about the names market and the safety of all trades that take place in it.

2. I'm an active community member that makes positive contributions on a daily basis

3. I love these forums and I don't have any intention to scam ever

4. I'm looking to take positive steps forward personally, and driving the community as a whole.

5. Despite all of the users ganging up on me, I've continued to hold my composure and be as civil with everyone as possible. I'm a very well-tempered, optimistic, and forgiving person.

6. I was pardoned in May, and although some of the surfaced exposures over the past month has disappointed some of the staff members, they still have faith in me overall. I appreciate their support (even though I may have lost some of their trust since) but and I've been continuously trying to show them how much of a passionate and responsible community member I am, despite all of the absorbed bullets I've sustained in these past weeks.

I have suffered far more losses than the average market user for Runescape goods, and I personally feel that I'm an extremely well-rounded and experienced business man as well, with ALOT of potential for improvement and further experience. I take these reports to heart because I do put my heart and soul into every trade that I do. I will always be honest and own up to any past behaviors and truthfully admit that all of my actions were done in retaliation to my own suffering, frustrations and losses (even though some actions are unjustifiable).

Some may sit back and ask why\how I'm still here, others who know me better don't question that at all. I have met some new friends over the past month\s, and I've reformed old friendships that I had from before (some were broken). The people who know me best know how honest and passionate I am about this. I hope that I can reach out and get to know everyone a little better and better day by day, because I am not the "criminal" that all of these ganged up, jealous, greedy, names market users are making me out to be.

So, your telling me just because this happened 3-4 months ago it should all be forgotten? You gain only a TWC for SCAMMING these days? I thought it was a perm ban offence on any section of this site. This isn't the first report against you Folt many of the scam reports that accuse you of something you end up throwing GP and Names at people till they shut up. But mate you're what, between 22-24?, older? and you're still wasting time trying to play people who are generally aged 14-18. I'm only 17 and stopped selling because the name market is a sad place full of ego maniacs like you. I really don't care how this turns out, I just didn't want a threat on the name sale community back here. I wish you all the luck, have fun showing off all your pixels to your cats Aaron

 

He didn't scam, this situation was handled specifically based off the relationship between Lake and Folt. There's a LOT that the public is unaware of and it led to the report being handled in the way it did.
