I come in here, for the third time, mind you... trying to buy some gold. Can't because you guys demand a fucking picture of my transaction, go look on your own fucking paypal and look at the transaction, now it's going to take 12 hours to click a button online?

I've bought gold from you 2 times on sythe and 2 times on the website you have. Why do I keep on having to email you a picture of my paypal?
and when I do email you a picture, you say you can't see it when it's not in an attachment; when it is in an attachment?
Now, after being frustrated over your trash customer service I want a refund and have to wait up to 12 hours to get a refund? I can't simply just get my money back so I can go somewhere that I won't get shitty service?
You guys used to have great customer service and were fast the first 2 times I used you; now I can't even fathom buying gold from you again.

I have got the same problem.
Paid him, sent him my ID scan and (...) he does not have the gold.

So I told him to refund the payment, gotta way 12 hours until his "boss" comes, pathetic.
