Report/post/reason that got you banned:
Item Scamming, this was the post that he reported me on:
http://ww3.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=7688737

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
The payment was disputed back from PayPal the day I was banned on Sythe. I tried to contact the user, but the

MSN messanger I used was compromised many years ago and he is banned on Sythe so I can't contact him, to

apologies for the time I had him wasting disputing the money, when he could have used it for other things.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
On the first time I tried to sell the account, we did a 50/50 trade because of vouch issues i'm assuming, was a

long time ago. Anyway, he disputed the money back the next day which he got banned for, then I recovered my

account. Not sure what I can do in that situation, or if I should have posted to see what I should have done in

that situation but I recovered my account because I had no payment for it. This was only the first trade, which I

had a vouch for which is on this thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=7666425#post7666425

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I did however take the money for this account via PayPal but it was the original person, Michael Lawson's

friend adding me and saying that he is going to buy again. This user already disputed the payment once of me,

so I thought I would get my own back and take the £60 for the said account, remove it from my PayPal and

spend it before he could dispute it back on PayPal. Either way, my PayPal account was limited and removed,

due to his dispute and he got the money back. This was my fault because I should have just declined the trade

outright and left it where it was, but I thought I would just get my own back. Karma would have sorted this

out I believe, I am honestly ashamed that I would even attempt this.

I had over 50 vouches of player trades, so I have no idea why I would ruin all my reputation for a £60 which

would get disputed back the next day, and a ban on Sythe.

I can promise you I will re-gain more trust than I had, have many many more successful trades and work my

way up the ladder to prove this. I'm not sure if you do a recreational trial, but I am more than happy to go on a

1-2 week trial to show how honest and reliable I am.

Accepted or no acception, I thank you for reading this and taking time for posting even if you do not support

my pardon. If there is anything I can do to make this situation better for myself, I will be contacting staff to see

if I can gain support, but thank you again.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?:Yes.

There is no longer any "conditional support" - (ie. "support, but with a permanent market ban/trade with caution/last chance usergroup") - staff supporting a pardon request must be fully confident that if the user returns, they are not going to be a further problem for the community, and that they truly deserve full reinstatement.

As you can see above, we no longer do conditional supports.

This scam was performed a long time ago, which made me curious why you decided to pardon now. I think I found the answer.

I was going to support, but I'd like you to answer why you were ban evading on these accounts and didn't include it in the pardon.

Based on this I see no reason to support you. Come back in maybe six months and do not ban evade.

I have gained support so far, I have been trying to discuss with everyone to show that I just want to come back into the community, I have everything to offer and I really want to prove it.
Since the information had been left out, all previous supports are now void.

Your pardon attempt has 4 days remaining.
