Staking was very profitable if done right. Back when I was still a DD host, I'd turn around and double/triple my hosting profits from staking. Bank was made.

Would love to know what "if done right" means? I'm trying to get back into staking myself. Also why limit yourself to only one days profit instead of building a bigger bank roll so you can more easily negate variance?

I haven't played RS in like 2 years. You're asking the wrong person.

In regards to your second question - A days profit from hosting could be anywhere from 200m-1b+ depending on the day. There was no "limiting" myself w/ profits of that scale.
