First things first, I understand that according to the rules, a dispute must be made within one month of a ban, otherwise it will not be reversed. But, the reason in which I was not able to dispute within a month of the ban was due to my declining grades, ACT/SAT, and final exams. This is no excuse to wait until I had finished my school year, but, it is a plead from me to all who read that I atleast be given a fair chance for my dispute. Thank you for reading this and hopefully we can meet an understanding.

Reason I was banned: I was banned on April 14, 2014, for "impersonating other users".
My Perspective: I had a thread selling the runescape username "Coal", which I indeed had and was willing to sell for the correct price. On April 14th, I recieved a skype friend request from Jake Kastle, and we proceeded to negotiate the price of the name and the sale. But the main gist of the conversation was Jake K, making an offer of 35m 07 gp.
*(before I continue, I just want to say that I feel like I've been betrayed by J. Kastle, I respected him as a valuable member to the "Name Section" on the Sythe forums, and even offered to help him with in ban appeal.)* Anyways, after he had made the offer of 35m 07, I told him that Althalus( someone who actually had interest in the name aswell, but backed out due to financial difficulties) had offered my my A/W(40m 07). I said this because once Jake made the offer, I realized that the name meant much more to me than 35 or 40m 07 and didn't want to sell anymore. Now I know what you're thinking, "why didn't you just flat out say that you didn't want to sell it", and I completely agree with you, I should have. I felt like it would be embarrassing to say that, and I felt he deserved more respect than having me just waste his time. Once I had told him that the A/W was made by Althalus, I closed my thread (the one selling the name "Coal") and told everyone that it was sold( aka off the market).
Wow, if you read that entire thing, I want to stop you right here and thank you for taking the time to listen to me vent/express my perspective.
