kangaroo008 Recovery

hello there, I'm kangaroo008 and I would like to get this account ban lifted.
I also tried this around 2 weeks ago, but I needed to do this on my homenetwork (not a homespot).
I just moved in here and since yesterday our internet got activated here, so here it is.

The account got banned because it got hacked.
Since I'm back playing runescape, I just need sythe again.
Runescape isn't just the same whitout sythe

Now my question is, what do I need to do to unban it?

A few months ago I tried the same, but because I was using a linux computer
and one of the moderators said that I needed proof that my computer was clean,
but I couldn't provide any because of I was using linux so the conversation died.
And now I have bought my new laptop with windows on it so I will first of all provide
some proof that it is clean, I did a full system scan with avast!, and a full scan with malwarebytes:
this is the only device I would use to log in.

Is there anything else you need? since there where (as far I know) no other members harmed.
