I went through with a sale to the TWC'ed user mentioned in this thread. After 2 months or so (the length of Paypal's chargeback process) I will update my post here and let you guys know if his payment to me is still valid.

Just want to clear the air if he is indeed a legit seller that was wrongly accused.
