TWC Dispute

[Rexed]

Was never told by anyone as to why I was given a TWC, which is very unprofessional of whoever applied it to my account.

I believe it was because I didn't follow through with a trade that I didn't feel comfortable in because that's the only scenario that I can think of.

Any explanations?
