I don't think enough recognition goes out to those sneaky hard working ninjas who keep this site happily running 24/7!

Exciting and courageous? You got to be shitting me.

What is exciting about staff? There is nothing courageous about typing and clicking as Jack Goff said.

As for motivated, not sure. It's more of a chore with the mod score system. There is no reward besides fun ranks which are not guaranteed. Generally, it's more than less something to do to pass the time.
