PowerCapped has reported a post.

Reason:

The official rules of Sythe.com prohibit Sythe users from "using software tools for deceptive, malicious, or harmful intent..." but does not prohibit selling tools such as access to an online DDoS tool in the way it is worded.
Technically, this sale is allowed if one was to interpret the Sythe.org rules from - http://sythe.org/sythe-org-news/148431-official-sythe-org-rules.html - word-by-word in a very strict manner.
If this sale is allowed or not, it would be better suited in the Software Sales forum than the Digital Currency and Non-Game Sales forum.
Thanks!
