17 Year old boy has first Penis reduction surgery!

I went to highschool with a kid who's first sexual experience ended with the girl running away and literally screaming. His shit was supposedly like 13" erect and a fucking monster.

He was kinda shy and really self conscious about it. Then again I'd be pretty insecure about my dick if people literally screamed and ran from it. He's probably stoked AF now
