I didn't break any rule. It was not against the rules to use an account not created by me. I was not sharing the account in any way shape or form. He banned me by his discretion. It ruined my businesses too, which is why I'm temporarily away from the market.

"If it wasn't against the rules, then you wouldn't have been banned... I only made the reports, I'm not the one who physically banned you (unless I did, in which case I forget). If it was me who actually banned you, all of my bans were backed up by other staff. If you ever posted disputes, we'd look them over and decide on what to do. You were obviously deserving of the ban if it stuck with you."

You're the one who appointed my ban. You infraction flooded me (5 points).

Staff are zombies. They don't voice their own opinion because they are afraid of the backlash they might get. My pardon failed because I was "a risk" to the community. I am still in financial debt due to the all the charge backs I received over the course of my ban. The $300 donation was pointless and so was my return.

I guess I'm still sticking around until I find what is good for me. I don't hold grudges like most staff members. I also can care less about us talking, that would be pointless as well. Good luck on your pardon, you're gonna need it.
 
"You're right, a lot of staff stick together and seem to "share" the same ideas in the public eye, but you have a few that are free spirited and say what they think, not caring if there's a backlash. However, when things are behind closed doors (in the staff lounge), usually staff members are pretty open, and often debate with each other over issues like that so that everyone's on the same page. Staff members often disagree with each other and work it out in private.

I didn't cause your financial debt, I followed the protocol of the forum. If people charged back on you after that, you should have reported them and the same actions would have been taken against them. You can't blame your charge backs, $300 rank loss, and losing your old account on me. I did not directly cause those. I've been banned for 3 months and I haven't had any charge backs from any past sales or services."
