Scam Report: Todu Scammed 50k Ultimate Team Coins/ £4 (PROOF !!)

    Hey guys,
It's been 6 months since my first pardon request, which didn't receive enough support, so I'm here to try again, this time feeling that my Sythe ban of which it has been a year has served me unexpectedly well.

Not only did I scam, I also foolishly then ban evaded like a complete noob, possibly to serve my trading leisures or just because I felt like I needed the community, it's nice to lurk, but it's nicer to be a part of the community.
That sums up my offences, two quite major offences.

To redeem myself and as a Sythe policy before a pardon is even considered, I must at least attempt to pay back any victims (1 Victim totalling £4). Unfortunately, my victim is now banned, also I believe for scamming. I'm not quite sure what happens now, if I pursue and refund or donate it to Sythe on a non-beneficial way? Some clarification would be nice on that.

So, now all of the main points on the sticky that I must abide by, it's on to my story.
Explaining on from my first pardon, I took an opportunity which in effect, cost me more than I gained. I scammed 50k Ultimate Team coins (Not the £4 - I am just going of face value of the coins back then). I was so close to 1,000,000 Coins and just needed that little bit more. At the time, which I believe to be early April, I had been out of a real life job for about 4 months. My funds slowly evaporated and my need eagerly grew. Being so close, I seized the opportunity in kind of a, spur of the moment sense. I had remorse, I was so close to messaging the victim on skype, refunding and apologising sincerely. However, I had cross thoughts of, what if he still posts this, either way I will be banned? So, instead of doing the morally right thing, I did the complete wrong thing and was it worth it? Was £4 really worth the sake of getting banned, being unable to post/sell for a whole year? Is it worth me writing out this reports?

So now you may be thinking, he had the opportunity, he took it, what if we let this guy back into Sythe, a couple months later, he does it again?
I did and had trades that far succeeded the amount of the one trade I scammed, a lot of you are probably thinking the same as me, what a stupid amount to have to face all the effort of going through being a known sythe scammer, having to miss out a whole year with the community and having to write a pardon over. Hell yeah, I think the exact same.

So, here's a little life story over the last year.
Last April (When the scam happened), I was midway through my first year of A-levels. I was studying Law (oh, the irony), Computing and Engineering. I had a boat load of work to do, revising, coursework, assignments, you name it, the lot. At the time, I didn't devote too much of my life for games, I had my education without a part-time job, I spent most of my time studying.
Come the summer I got 2 A's and a B in my subjects, brilliant. A whole load of pressure is off, I can now think clearly in my spare time. I went back to my Sixth Form and that's when my life literally turned, my education seem to slip away and I dropped out in December after huge arguments with most of my teachers. I now have a part time job (which I'm currently working full time) and have a lot of free time.
What I'm trying to say is, since last year and now, not only have I matured a lot, I am also in a state where my decisions are more clear and aren't rash.

Since being banned, I've had quite a few successful trades, albeit "I went first" in most cases, however, I've paid numerous trades in Paypal, which as we all know, can be reverted and I can run away with both the money and the goods. (I can supply proof of my paypal history to prove this also).

In some ways, it kind of feels like I didn't actually commit this scam, I feel completely changed and look back thinking, what a greedy douche.

Sorry, my pardon is going to be mega long but I'm slightly autistic and sometimes just can't shut the hell up!

    Cheers!

that is proof that I have tried to contact Fisherman's victim over 5 days ago. I have tried to get into contact with a mod for the last few days but no responses on Skype until last night. Is my dispute still going to be closed tomorrow for lack or support..?

After an IP check, he appears to be clean with only one ip matching two other accounts. However that IP is a mobile broadband service. He wants to be a part of the community and given the fact he done larger trades and spent this long waiting and writing pardons I think we should give him a second chance.

Moreover, if the users aren't repaid I personally believe money he should donated towards sythe. However, I offer my support either way because I think he deserves a second chance after waiting 6 months over a 50k fut coin trade worth 4 pounds.
