Bought the guide "500$/Week" can be found here He states the only requirements for the guide are a PayPal account. That it requires no money to invest or very little.

HE NEGLECTS TO MENTION THAT IT REUIRES A FULLY AUTHORIZED EBAY ACCOUNT.

What does this mean? Well you need an Ebay account that can access the funds immediately for this guide to be viable in the way he proposes on his thread. Otherwise you have a crapton of overhead to front cash for.

So what do you need to do to get immediate access to your funds?

No buying "Ebooks" that people list for !$ will not work. You need SELLER feedback.

Ontop of the blatant contradiction of requirements, the guide is short, uninformative, and gives a very broad category as to what works. Whoever stated that this guide was good was full of it.

E* got on and messaged me as I was posting this and after I have already done a chargeback. He ignored all previous contact attempts, and wants to give me the refund "later" when he will be on the computer. I am not canceling the report, nor the chargeback.
