Yeah I lost my main with 1900M cash and total lvl 2369, Account is banned since August 2013 and my Appeal is still pending. I don't care about the account because leveling is fast on rs3 but the Cash really hurts.

 

Im currently botting the shit out of my acc atm at rock crabs is 82 range already. on osrs

 

It's gone dude, they don't even look up banned players appeals, because they're very assure that they were right, there is not crazy stories in my opinion, if you appeal they're going to keep sending you the same message.

 

True story, don't believe the people who is saying that you've lost your account. You have to go on forum and try to appeal there. You will get your account back you just have to be pattient.

lol i've been perma banned since last april and i just got mine back, my appeal was never looked at so i messaged them via the message center.

 

So lucky Im banned since August and my appeal is still pending, on twitter they said they have looked at my appeal, but my account will stay banned.

Like someone said, they rarely check them. I think most of it is automatic based on keywords and basic information the computer can analyze. (Who was in possession, etc).

 

Yes, you can. It appears Jagex hasn't caught on to VPN/VPS yet. What a friend of mine recently did was started using a VPN on his main account for about a week or so then he started to bot. When he got caught and was permanently banned he submitted an appeal and email claiming that he was hijacked when Jagex looked into it and saw the IP addresses didn't match up and he could prove he was the real owner of the account they quashed the ban offence.

If you didn't use a VPN/VPS the only thing you can do is wait. It might be a few years but Jagex will eventually bring out some type of buy-back or unbanning program. Though Jagex does have a skill reset feature coming out soon and Mod Weath did hint on twitter about it possibility being used to roll back stats and unban accounts but I think he deleted the tweet because I can't find it on his feed anymore.
