Glad, I could make you laugh. I fully agree this was blown way out of proportion. I'm trying to play a neutral party. I quoted the policy for you above, the issue was it was an indirect personal attack. There is no rule technically written for it, it's a grey area in my eyes. Previously, users knew better than to test the shot callers on the site. AKA Richard.
I actually never head into the Spam Forum, but if Trin was egging people on she deserves that ban for a month. Although, it won't really make a different since she sits right next to N4N0 computer he can just let her see it if he wants and we would never know. The same applies to if you if you have a friend on sythe.org in real life. But for rules sake, she taking the ban. I feel like this had tons of miss communication all around and everyone just wants this over.
N4n0, may have given special treatment in my eyes. But in my eyes it's his prerogative if something happens to Trin it directly affects him because pretty sure they share ip's and stuff. N4n0 and Trin have showed maturity as have you in my eyes after this events have passed. Just remember there is a difference between disputing via a pm and causing unnecessary staff drama. Trust me I would know, I started plenty of staff drama in my years.
My post was still not actually an indirect attack on N4N0 at all. it was Trin who I was aiming it at. I wasn't saying N4N0 did anything wrong, still don't believe it as I felt it was her having N4N0 round her finger.
Also Trin will not get banned for anything, even if she has antagonized something. I reported a post of her which was BLATANT gore and was sickening, and it was of course deleted. It's these instances which I was just trying to highlight. I want it over too, however I really just want my permanent Spam Forum issue sorted, it's the main reason I resorted to posting here.
Lastly, I did try to get in touch with Roary via Skype and also PM, both of which were ignored. When you are constantly ignored, I resorted to the only way I hoped I could get a response out of a senior staff member, preferably N4N0 of course.
