i'm back, jake made a false report against me via PM to a mod
Roary must have made a mistake when unbanning Alex when it is so blatantly obvious that he recovered cameron from me. Anyways, I'll post the report here so that it stays in the open:

Anyways, what happened was that I bought the name Cameron from a name seller (this was way before i was banned).

Then, Cameron was recovered. I soon learned that Alex12345 had recovered it, as he had been the previous owner of Cameron before the seller I had bought it from.
Alex openly acknowledges that he recovered it from me while I was in the process of selling it, as found here: The Truth
However, his excuse is that he claims i never owned it, with the basis that I didn't take pictures when buying the account. This argument is ridiculous, as I bought it from a name seller who doesn't use sythe, and pictures would do nothing if he scammed. In addition, I had previously trusted this name seller with more than the trade value so I wasn't worried about him scamming. I bought the name for a little over 1b from him.
At the time I was selling the name, I had even taken picture proof that I owned the account to show to mods to confirm that I owned it. Here's the picture:

Anyways, I'm quite confused as to how Alex12345 managed to slip past everyone and get unbanned without repaying me first.
I'd appreciate your input on this case. Sorry for the long read, but you're one of the only globals that I can really trust.

The next day, when Alex was banned, Roary sent me this pm, in defense of alex:

I'm not sure if any moderators ever fully understood the Cameron situation back then, but regardless he still owes me for it and is trying to weasel his way out of paying for his scams through his nonsensical arguments.
The next day, Roary pmed me again. Here's the exact pm:

He may have included it in his pardon, but no moderator was ever fully aware of the Cameron situation because my 2nd report on him (about Cameron) was archived before receiving any responses. I assume this is because he was already banned. Therefore, a moderator probably wouldn't have thought about it when pardoning him (as recovering Cameron was not part of his ban reason).

Never received a response, but he posted this on Alex's ban dispute thread:

After this post Alex was unbanned.
Staff is ignoring blatant evidence, it's ridiculous. Why would admitting recovering Cameron in his pardon have anything to do with him paying me back? He was banned for name sniping, reported again for recovering cameron, managed to slip through the cracks without paying back for Cameron, and now he's unbanned because he mentioned it in his pardon?? It's nonsense.
In addition, isn't it odd that I'm not banned at the moment for creating false evidence? If Alex is unbanned, then my evidence must be fake, how come I haven't been banned?
I'll tell you why, it's because it's obvious that Alex scammed me, and the evidence is real.
In addition, I'd appreciate if Amethyst doesn't post his opinion on this, as they're gaurenteed to be extremely biased. I'm not sure why he dislikes me so much, but it's probably because he's friends with Alex.
