-Dungeoneering Items cannot be banked(not even with imp box or yak)
-Dungeoneering items cannot be dropped on floor
-I got method to transfer this item

There's a new smuggle out; these aren't from the old smuggle. (Note the changing quantity between pictures.)

 

hexes are from old smuggle, other items i've smuggled last ~2weeks.

 

Can you bring them back in the dungeon and bind/use it?

 

nope, if it was unnoted it would be possible to bind them outside and then have it inside dg when u go in.
