On that thread, someone accused him of being a scammer and his account is restricted.

I'm unfamiliar with Powerbot so I don't know how to navigate their site properly but I'd say if someone could look into this if they have the ability, I'm sure there's something to find there...

Edit: Alright, will message a friend of mine to see if he can find more info as he's a regular PB user.

 

You'll need to find a valid scam report on him, try PMing powerbot staff?

 

My buddy sent me this on facebook after I requested the info.

 

You gotta find the ban for the original account, their ban evasion bans are different than ours .
