Hey guys ! Looking to buy a blue (Currently in runescape have a nice outfit happening, been borrowing blues for 1.5M for 24 hours past couple days, think it's time to get one perm.)

Post offers below, I have more then enough $$$ to spend on a blue so don't be shy. OMM will obviously be used , at my expense. Unless your obv an admin/global mod with a nice and I mean nice amount of vouches.

Thanks,
Frazer.
