Buddy, you haven't seen me do splits ages ago? Same weight as now yo. But yo, this is a true story. I was 295LBs before the summer, and I was at my homies house all the time. And he didn't have much to eat, so I just didn't eat anything or barely during the summer. But I lost 25LB's just by doing that, I might do it again. My metabolism is caught up.
