Hello, I came across this website looking for a place to discuss League of Legends. When I tried to create an account, I got a message that there already are several accounts registered on this IP. The thing is, as a student, I am in a 'dorm', at least I think that's what you call it, since I'm from Belgium and we call it a 'kot'. I don't entirely understand the system, but we everyone here in Leuven uses their student details to log in on a 'kotnet'. (if any administrator or whatsoever happens to be Dutch, here is a link https://admin.kuleuven.be/icts/services/kotnet/associatie)
I don't know whether the IP is static or dynamic, I don't know whether I share this IP with just this building or the whole city, I don't have a clue. I'm not much of an IT-man. Can anyone help?
