[Garr2015]

Spending up to 800 USD on comp cape account must have 99 divination and be able to wear comp cape

I will go first to any trusted member of sythe and if need will use an OMM.

Hey I can sell you a comp cape account without divination! $500?

My account is level 86 Divination, I can quickly get 99 and then sell it to you.
