I think cause the goods were being held by him he is some what liable, however there is no evidence that the IP was the sole reason for the account being banned, could even be a coincidence? Therefore this is a case of bad luck and r2 isn't entirely liable, the seller should understand allot of risk is involved with trading never assume your money is secure, it's not just hacks and scams that can fuck you over... R2 could provide some sort of compensation as this did go public to cool things off with his rep but it would be just out of good faith from him and not an omission of guilt/responsibility, altho something like that is upto r2

To be honest it's just some 20 year old over charging kids for their gold. Doesn't really take any talent you just have to sit on your ass long enough to get enough trades. He pays his workers slave wages, I don't even think illegal immigrants get paid that low.
