Perm banned?

Okay so I payed a trusted power-leveler to get my range levels up on Old school Runescape (2007). After about a day he messaged me saying that my account got banned. Expecting a one or two day ban for something stupid I went to my account status and saw that I was perm banned for being a macroing gold farmer. (It had this offence listed twice for some reason) Macroing and gold farming are two things that i have never took part in. So i sent Jagex an email asking them what happened, appealed one of he offences saying that someone else had access to my account and the appealed the other saying that I didn't do it. I know that I should have realized these risks when starting the the leveling but I was just wondering is there any way I can get unbanned and if I made the right moves when appealing and stuff.

I think if they check your ip and realise it's different they may unban your accounts

its a toss up really I have personally had this happen and them decline my appeal but other people I've known have had it work.

I got hit - you want get your account back - simply re start and pay and IRL friend to do it by hand or walk away. I lost a very nice account however thats the risk i took. GG - oh well if i want to play legit i might... nah stuff that

Your account was linked to that company's ip the second you logged in, so Jagex will just assume you are the same person. If I was in your situation I would just confess getting that company to powerlevel your account and hope they give you a pass.

you could apell and say you got hacked, maybe they will check the IP which was played on the account

Send them an email saying your account was hacked. They rarely look at disputes and they make a more personal connection with someone who emails them rather than an appeal. Usually it works.

That's why you don't buy leveling services, all they do is bit your account for you on a guaranteed flagged ip...

Anyway, try [email protected] and tell them to look at the IP addresses, you may get away with it

E-mailing definitely is your best bet, whenever I send in appeals they don't get looked at for months

I got banned aswell for botting can some1 pm me wtv it takes to appeal it please the account was worth over 800 $

I just copped a perm on one of my goldfarmers, got a temp for goldfarming and a perm for RWT to finish it off, appealed with #swag for both of them, never had a chance of getting unbanned, fortunately the loss was only worth about $75

also as mentioned earlier you could appeal that somebody else had access to your account, the IP is different so your chances are a bit higher.
