So I was banned because someone had the same username as me on a forums called hackforums. I was also banned for black hat activity, but I'm guessing that is because someone had the same username as me from hackforums? I understand that you guys don't want members from hackforums to be here, due to the fact that their name has 'hack' in it. I would be the same way. But you should not ban someone when the only proof they have is someone using the same name as me.
I would not dare scam/commit black hat activity for that is against the T.O.S and not to mention against the law. I would not want to go to jail for something as stupid as that.
