Falsely TWC'd

I believe Dave made a mistake when he gave me my TWC, the reasoning for my TWC was: "SM Chipmunk will be receiving a TWC. Anyone who gives out an incorrect email like that without fixing it and without helping the user get a refund is just wrong. "

He implies that I didn't try to fix it and didn't try to help the user get a refund when I indeed told Dave that I spoke to the people that own that email (a gold selling company) and was the one who made them reverse the payment, I believe I did everything that I could to make the user receive their payment back, even after he tried to scam me.

I don't intend to scam as I am an elo booster and trade gold on the side, I've had nothing but good intentions since joining this forum and I believe the TWC was unnecessary even after I did everything I could.

 

Please provide proof of you trying to get a refund for the user.

 

He did refund the user Ryan, but my issue was and this is something I was told by SM chipmunk/the chatlogs shown.

SM gives the wrong PayPal email, then when the guy wants to get a refund because he finds out it was the wrong email, SM says just charge it back and then goes ahead and blocks cube.

Part of me believes he purposely gave the wrong email because of the chat that either cube or cube's hacker had regarding scamming and such so I just think he should have a TWC for a month until he shows that it was just a mistake and he actually knows how to trade safely.

That's just my $0.02 but if you disagree I'd be fine with a removal.

 

I guess I'll take your word for it on this one. However, if you EVER make this mistake again, not only will you receive a TWC that will stay for at least 2 months, but chances are if it's anything more than a slight mistake, you'll just be banned.

I'll request the TWC removal.
