The TWC is for my ip matching someone who left me a vouch actually it just carried over my ban, and considering I am being entrusted with holding the bond payment still even though I'm still trying to contact those people, I would say my punishment wasn't even a slap on the wrist therefore I don't think anyone should be deterred in coming out about previous scams
