This is a thread that has had 43+ Views with no staff input, and it also got moved to High Pardons, again with no input... So I figured it'd be best to repost here as I can't reply to it.
Reason: Database and Off-Site Hacking

Today I am Disputing a ban placed on my account by Roary.
I received a database from the user on skype by the name of : Cycle.sythe(Cycle whom is now banned for evading I believe), that said that it was publicly leaked to everybody. This database came from : Soul-split.com's Fairly Inactive accounts, some of which that have been already changed as Soul-Split made a public announcement to all users that somebody, (Not I), have infiltrated their database and has been leaked.
I am not going to run and hide and say "No I didn't touch the DB", as anybody who gained access to it would have already used it. I will like to say however, a lot of Soul-Split sales are from such database, and might want to STOP Allowing sales to be made from such private server. This may die some threads down, and upset many users, however because of such vulnerability out that is what can/will be going on from later time.
I have since deleted the database so I may NOT use it any longer. I will allow ROARY, or any staff member to check my computer for any files that match up with the MD5 Checksum, which I can post in a little bit.
MD5 Check Sum Hashes are NOT generated, and if the file matches with the leaked file, you will be able to find it on my computer (if I hadn't removed it). I will allow you to check my history, and all files if necessary to remove this offense.
I have made many LEGIT Sales, not from using such database, and I would love to continue doing so, as some of my clients that have my Scripts need support, and I would love to give it to them, and maybe interest new clients as well.
Again, I ask for a lift as I know now that it wasn't allowed. I figured it was just a data-base anyways, what harm can it really do.
I was noted by Lazy23 as an off-site hacker, even though I don't do such things as hacking. I will admit however, I am tech-savvy, but that does NOT mean I use it as Black-Hat Activity.
I'm a White-Hat however, which means I am willing to help people with problems on their computer(If they have been compromised, and would like me to check something for them)
Granted I went off a little bit, but I wanted to get my point across, I am not here to do ILLEGAL activity such as black-hat and steal. I'm here as a genuine seller for RSGP and RSPS-GP.

I would love to sell my scripts for private-servers and potential gold as well.
If Roary, or any staff member would like to review this through TEAM-VIEWER No Restriction (You can view ALL my files and folders, unless of course they are certain pictures of family etc. I won't allow)
If I don't receive pardon, or un-ban I understand and I accept it. However please hear me out, as I said before I have since deleted the files, and you can even check my computer's log (Downloads, Hidden Folders, Transfers).
Please do NOT move this without any communication, as I would not like to be shunned into the darkness. I understand that all staff decisions are final. Once a dispute decision is made, I can NOT Appeal for 6 months, or such given time. I respect ALL DECISIONS made. But I do NOT want to be shunned based on reputation.
