What belongs here?

This is the programming section. It's meant for sources, tutorials, clips, guides, and general inquiries.

Please do not post:

• Requests for people to complete something for you.
• Requests for people to complete something in return for payment.
• Requests for sources (you can ask for HELP with a project, but do not explicitly ask for a source).

This is not the place to ask for a service, and is not the place to offer a service. You can do so in the Software Market, found here. If you post service threads here in the programming section, they will not be moved. They will simply be locked.
