Ban Dispute

Hey Sythe, its darkstassassin coming back after fully refunding Ice the account, Amethist was kind of the middleman for the refund.

The whole situation was just a huge misunderstanding, when I was contacted asked for a refund I personally thought it was very sketch as 2007 runescape had just came out. I thought possibly they were the same person so I messaged Superman asking for his advice.



At this point I decided to just listen to him, and kind of ignored Ice and Einqe.

When the scam report was made, I was trying to be as cooperative as I could but I do work full time and have a child now, so being online whenever Amethist needed me to be or be on for long periods of time was difficult for me. I understand why I was banned to protect other members and I understand if other people think I actually tried recovering the account and want to keep me banned.

I would never attempt to scam a member of sythe or anyone in that matter. I've been that noob and realize how much it sucks being scammed, even if its for $5. I am sorry for not putting so much time into the effort of getting unbanned, but I really have not had it :/

@Ame, can you confirm the refund and that Dark's in the clear?

 

I can confirm that Dark has recovered the account and returned it to Ice (complete with email change).
