    I definitely understand and get your point, but why wouldn't he use a MM?
    Doesn't that say something?
    I never agreed to dice with him.

    To me this sounds like anyone and everyone can roll and first come first serve just say you agree and roll. That's what he did, he listened to your rules and you still bailed. Next time tell people that you don't accept people with no vouches.
