Before I start I'd like to state that he claims me ignoring him - this has never been the case. I actually agreed to work with both the MM and him to try in every way possible to recover the account.
I did explain when providing all of the information that if anything were to happen to the account I would be in the same situation as him. Using all of the information I'd provided but as I'm on a different IP address my chances were always going to be as good as his.
I am in no way trying to claim that this trade never happened, I am happy to confirm that this trade went through as planned. In terms of the recovery of the account, being my word against his I'm not sure what I can possibly post in my defence. The email from JaGex is an email received when they suspect somebody is trying to retrieve another persons account without their permission.
That email has been going out for around 8 months, ever since the mass banning of the recoveries conducted for several very old players with the inactive accounts. If this is something you would like confirming, please feel free to email JaGex attempting to recover an account that isn't in possession of it's original owner - you will still receive this same email (I only know because I attempted after reading this): http://postimg.org/image/8yzocnpa5/
In terms of the 40M traded, I don't see how this can be pinned down to anything more than coincidence. I have a staker as explained to him also through PM's & Skype, I trade GP a fair amount on here and PA (Willing to provide proof of other purchases/sales on PA if need be).
If this isn't enough to have me unbanned then so be it. I understand the report all fits together fairly well - if this is something that can be discussed I'm happy to discuss via PM's/Skype at any given point. Sorry for not including screenshots of anything within this dispute, I cannot access my PM's due to being banned.
Sorry also for my delayed response, I've been on a business trip for a couple of days and haven't really had chance to access anything.
