I am currently in the process of opening up Universal Services.
Our services will include EOC & 07 Questing, Skilling, Firecaping & more.
I am going to be hiring 2-4 workers to accomplish these services.

General Requirements

Code:

-Lots of experience in the particular service you are applying for
-Computer access for several hours a day
-Ability to work well with others
-Friendly attitude
-General experience playing Runescape

Referral System
Universal Services has a unique referral system that offers great rewards

Code:

-Anyone (including workers) who refers a customer will receive
 reward credits valued at 10% of the referred customer's first order.
-Anyone can keep on referring others to gain more and more credit. 
-Customers who were referred will receive a 5% discount on their first order.
-Every order form will ask ask who referred the customer. 
-Customers do not have to answer this if they were not referred by anyone. 
-A single customer cannot be referred more than once.

Rewards System
Customers will also receive reward credits for using Universal Services.

Code:

-For every dollar spent, a customer will receive 1 reward credit.
-Reward Credits can be used to purchase services for free!
-Reward Credits may also be exchanged for items such as Santa Hats,
 Armadyl Godswords, & more.

Specific Application Requirements

Code:

[B][U]Fire Capes & Kiln Capes[/U][/B]
-Must be able to get kiln capes and fire capes in EOC on pures & mains [B]OR[/B] must 
 be able to get fire capes in OSRS on pures & mains.
-Proof will be required, can be discussed via skype.

[U][B]Questing Services[/B]
[/U]-Must have extensive knowledge of questing in both EOC and OSRS.
-Proof will be required, and can be discussed via Skype.

[U][B]Hand-Trained Services[/B]
[/U]-Must be able to train for several hours a day.
-Must have extensive knowledge of Runescape.
-Proof will be required, can be discussed via skype.

[U][B]Botted Services[/B]
[/U]-Covered by me.

Procedure

Code:

-Accepted applicants will have to pay a deposit of 250m EOC GP or 25m 07. 
-This is a safeguard to assure that customers will not be scammed.
-In the event that a worker scams, they will not receive their deposit back.
-If a worker wishes to leave Universal Services, they will receive their 
 deposit back.
