You'd prefer it to be hand done, bu6 I can do a mixture of botting and hand training as my accounts currently range botting, I can train 3 hours hand and about 6-8 hours botted a day, I'd ask for 5M if you're interested I can give you a time frame after an hour or so botting, my bots premium and has a good anti ban, I've botted my accounts flawlessly for over 20 hours a time, and had no problems.
