Did you take screenshots of the conversation, trade, etc? If so you can get the user banned by reporting him in the report a scammer forum.

I only have screenies of skype conversation - When i gave hween to mm, he left and so did the buyer.

More then likely you added the wrong Skype for the MM and he scammed you like that.
