Windows 7. I don't have the installation disc anymore, or I would have just deleted and reinstalled :(

Go to the "Applications" folder > double-click the "Microsoft Silverlight" shortcut to open the configuration tool > click "Playback" tab > click "Enable download and updates to components required for protected content playback" > close the menu and your browser.

Next, delete the PlayReady DRM configuration file

    Delete /Library/Application Support/Microsoft/PlayReady/mspr.hds

Oh! I must not have read his post.

I honestly don't know what to do, if you cleared history and cache's then added the links i provided to trusted sites.. It makes no sense at all, the both of us have literally provided you with every possible solution. Have you tried using any other browsers?

Yeah I tried Firefox. Probably going to scrap this computer, or Craigslist it and buy another laptop. Desktops are always just trouble for me. Thanks for the help

You never told me what audio enhancements were. I asked if you mean like speakers.

Click on the Start button, select control panel, click sound, if you do not see sound click hardware and sound, then click sound. On the Playback tab, click the default device its got a green circle with a check mark inside click properties and select the enhancements tab make sure that the box for disable all enhancements or disable all sound effects is checked.

I don't understand. Was the windows 7 installation a pirated copy or legitimate? I'm thinking it has to be some sort of damaged hardware issues. The only confusion i have is if it's not playing rsps nor netflix it's a java error.

It was a legitimate installation, but I sold the disc. Do you know of any good pirates I could burn to a cd so I can reinstall.

Thanks. I've downloaded a lot of different versions, and all have failed. Will probably just exchange this desktop for a laptop. Hopefully some guy with knowledge of computers will take this. Anyways all other sites work, and gaming sites (not rsps) work. Even Runescape works, just not private servers haha

You should try calling geeksquad customer support and see if they can solve the issues.
