Gambling

Nope, it's now bannable, I would link you to the site, but go to homepage and check out the patch notes etc.
 
I think itd be cool if they got another one of those games room staking fc going again. The mm would take some small amount like 5% or something though
 
Like everyone above me said, just stick to staking. Dicing will get you banned. I got a weeklong ban on mine because of it (rs07)
 
It's against the rules, but there are some underground irc dicing clans, just be careful since it's banable.
 
What is dicing? Are you kids trying to play craps? If so, head to your local liquor store and find some irl dicing.

From the sounds of it they don't want to be attributed for causing kids to become gamblers. Even though if you play a TCG, TF2, WoW, or really any MMO with a level of chance/money involved you're going to have problems.
 
Gambling ingame is completely banned now from what I understand. But i could be wrong.
