Then, after he quit, he added $300 of credits on Grave's website, FragVPS, without permission (he still had admin access) and made himself VPS nodes without permission. He has used them since 05/02 and 05/03 so the total he owes now comes to $6.25 (previous) + $13.31 + $9.00 (new usage), excluding any damages/holds from the agreement, due to leaving without 2 week notice. I do want to mention however, that from the screenshot below, the first application of credits on 03/20 was authorized.

Requesting he be banned until the $28.56 is paid back. Also, another $13 or so is owed, which I will speak with him about as it was from a while back. I'm going to keep the two current services he has with us ($29.95 each per month) as further evidence if necessary so we can check any usage logs, as well as if Jatha meant to pay for it later or something like that.

I added the credits 100% but I never used the vps for any purpose I just added them to show to grave I have been a loyal worker and he is the one scamming me out of money I worked 200 hours + for him and then he didn't pay just because I wanted to quit.

Those credits were only added just to show grave that I want him to pay the $93 he owes me it should be more but apparentley because I never gave him notice he can just be a scumbag and not pay up and I have also seen reports of him doing this to previous workers such as rsu meth.

So he owes me money and he can check the logs I only left the vps running without using them just to see if he would come online and try to talk to me as whenever I try to speak to him he just ignores me so I thought that he would come online and atleast ask me about the vps so he could pay me my money

If a moderator can look at the math, as much as Jatha says I owe him, I do not. He was indeed paid, in the calculations, for his work done, as well as a payment sent. Also, the credits added were used to generate virtual private servers, which use up the spots we could give to other customers. In addition, here is proof it was indeed used:

Also, I don't see how adding credits without permission, after quitting, shows anything other than him trying to abuse it for his benefit. As for doing this to other workers, all previous disputes were properly resolved. In most cases, the workers were at fault, such as David for stealing 500M and RecoveryKing for owing me money as well. The RSU Meth case was a non-issue that was blown out of proportion by R2Pleasent without the involvement of RSU Meth.

Theres not much we can do here when the user is banned. I'm not sure why this was reopened, as the end result of this case will be pointless when the user is already banned.

If Jatha is to be unbanned at any point, this will resurface and will be handled then.
