Okay so i am IP banned for no absolute reason. When i quit RS i obviously stopped coming to all RS related sites. So i havent been here in years (maybe lurked for a few minutes every few months or something) when i tried to make a new account, it said I had been IP banned? Im on a brand new laptop in a new city with a different ISP. Something is wrong here and i want to sign in so i can buy some gold . Thanks for reading/helping.
