I have done Monkey Madness on over 13 accounts to date.
(Friends, and 6 accounts of my own)

Stats needed:
~Atleast 40+ range
~Atleast 25+ magic (for varrock teleport)
~43 prayer recommended, but have done with 1 prayer before.

Items needed:

If defence is above 40:
50-100 sharks
energy potions recommended (not needed)
4-8 Anti Poisons
4-8 prayer potions

If defence is below 40:
100-150 sharks
energy potions recommended
4-8 Anti Poisons
4-8 Prayer potions
